Who is the hottest Colombian male model in 2009? The answer must be Juan Esteban Berrio. This 29-year-old guy has been selected as the campaign level model for many South American clothing and underwear brands this year. Juan Esteban is definitely their good choice because he has a handsome face, gorgeous tight chest, chiseled abs, nice butt and legs. Maybe I should also mention his bulge that leaves little to the imagination.
